Embracing Change

Wow- talk about confirmation! I am catching up on a company call I missed last week. The topic: "CHANGE"! They mentioned what happened with Blockbuster and even Kodak... these companies did not embrace change, wanted to stick to their old methods that were no longer working and suffered as a result. They are preparing those who are resistant to change and letting them know, change is coming. If you wish to remain relevant in business, you have to adapt to the needs to those you serve! This company has been around since 1877 and looks like they want to continue to have success!

If you are resistant to change, you might want to think again. To get different results, you are going to have to do some things differently! This is where being a visionary can be so important. Many focus on what is right in front of them instead of a little further down the road. I myself have monthly, yearly, 5 year, 10 year and beyond plans I am working on!

They posed a very big question: "Are you going to let change happen TO you or make change happen BECAUSE of you?!" Powerful! Now, this is from a successful company! So happy that in MY company, we do the same! Success leaves clues family!

It's time to stop spending more time planning a vacation than we do our lives! Let's work together to create a life we won't need a vacation from! We deserve it and so do our loved ones!

God bless and much love!

Open Your Eyes, Examine Your Heart

Happy New You family! This is my first post of this wonderful new year. During this time, many people go through a lot of self-evaluation. This was on my heart to share today.

When people SHOW you who they are, believe them. Sometimes we put blinders on or hold on to the potential we may see inside of them. God gives us all free will and we can accept or reject His will or purpose for our lives. Watch out for stumbling blocks.

The Word tells us in John 10:10 (KJV) "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." Distractions, discord among friends and family, etc... Distractions serve one thing and that is to sap your energy and turn your focus off the things you need to be striving for!

Once you figure it out, you can still get back on track. We need to continually evaluate our actions and YES, our hearts! When you look in that mirror, you know your full and true intentions and so does God! It's time to be transparent and look deep within. This is what will control how high or low you go in life.

Guard your gates and examine your hearts! Recognize potential road blocks, call them out and deal with them head on!

Psalm 51:10 (KJV) "Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me."

Peace, love and blessings!
